Voici Alanna, notre instructrice passionnée de Taekwondo Saint-Boniface. 🥋❤️

Depuis l’âge de 12 ans, Alanna a une vraie passion pour les arts martiaux. Au fil des années, elle a consacré beaucoup de temps à s’entraîner, à participer à des compétitions et à partager ses connaissances avec ses élèves.

With over 20 years of experience and a 3rd degree Black Belt, Alanna brings her knowledge of Taekwondo, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to help students build confidence, discipline and skills that extend beyond the dojang.

Depuis plusieurs années, on aide les jeunes et les adultes de notre communauté à développer la confiance, la discipline et des habiletés qui les suivront toute leur vie, dans un environnement accueillant où chacun a sa place.

At St-Boniface Taekwondo, we’re about more than martial arts. Every class is an opportunity to build confidence, overcome challenges, make new friends and become the best version of yourself.

As we wrap up another incredible training season, we want to take a moment to celebrate the hard work, growth, and accomplishments of all our students. 🥋✨

This year, we attended more tournaments than ever before, including an exciting out-of-town tournament in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Every student stepped onto the mats with courage, determination, and great sportsmanship, and we couldn’t be prouder of their efforts.

These experiences were about so much more than medals and results—they were opportunities to learn, grow, build confidence, and create lasting memories together as a team. ❤️

Thank you to our students, families, coaches, and supporters for making this season such a success. We are already looking forward to next year and all the exciting opportunities, events, and adventures we have planned!

Have a wonderful summer, and we’ll see you back on the mats soon! ☀️🥋

We will once again be offering intro to Taekwondo classes in the new year!

However, this time it will also be offered to kids between the ages of 3-5 as well as a second class from kids aged 6-12.

If you are looking for a french activity that will help with focus, respect and strength and done in a safe & fun environment check out the link below to register!
