Don’t just look-see!

Take a few moments today to go for a walk, like we did, or simply look out a window. Instead of naming what you see, try focusing on the colors, shapes, and movement around you.

Notice how the leaves sway in the wind, how the light shifts throughout the day, or the patterns that exist in your surroundings. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your attention back to what you can see.
Sometimes, a small shift in how we observe the world can help us slow down, feel grounded, and become more present in the moment.
