Used Uniform Sale takes place Monday, September 7, 10 AM–1 PM in the Pavilion in the Quad.

Items are laundered and ready to go (blazers excluded, we recommend a dry clean after purchase), with a great selection across tunics, pants, blazers, dress shirts, ties, and ¼ zip sweaters in youth and adult sizes.
 
All items are first-come, first-served, so arrive early for the best selection! Quantities are limited and some pieces have been hemmed or altered.

Move-in Day is the start of another great year at KES for our boarding students! Our team will be there to help you move in, answer your questions, and make sure you’re ready for the year ahead. It’s an exciting day for our boarding team as they meet new students and welcome returning boarders back to campus.

With the start of the school year approaching, the fall sports season is just around the corner. All KES students participate in sports after classes, giving them the opportunity to build fitness, explore new athletic interests, and develop teamwork and sportsmanship.

The fall term offers a wide range of sports, including soccer, volleyball, tennis, and cross-country. Our prep teams, including hockey and swimming, are also gearing up for another exciting season of competition.

The arts are an important part of the KES experience. 🎨
 
Our visual arts and music programs provide Junior and Senior School students with a supportive environment where they can explore self-expression, develop their artistic talents, and grow as creative thinkers. Whether they’re discovering a new passion or refining an existing talent, every student has the opportunity to find their creative voice at KES.
 
Throughout the year, students have many opportunities to share their work through exhibitions, coffee houses, concerts, plays, and other performances that bring our community together.

What does learning look like at KES?

At KES, learning beyond the classroom is an important part of the student experience. Through hands-on projects, field trips, student exhibitions, and experiential learning opportunities, students build confidence and discover new ways to engage with the world around them. These experiences also help teachers create enthusiasm for learning while providing real-world context for classroom lessons.

Some of the many experiential learning opportunities at KES include the Grade 10 Mouse Trap Physics Project, experiments in the chemistry lab, Junior School field trips that explore the natural world, and student-led exhibitions, such as the Entrepreneurship Project Showcase.
