Hi everyone! Whether you are a first year adjusting to the first few set of exams or a 4th year on electives, why not try mediation? We highly recommend signing up for this app and doing the 10-day 10 min meditation! Let's take care of ourselves this November Windsor :).

Live a happier, healthier life with just a few minutes of meditation a day on the Headspace app.
