Men’s mental health matters. Checking in, talking openly, and asking for support are signs of strength—not weakness.

This Men’s Health Month, let’s break the stigma and remind the men in our lives: you’re not alone💙

Updated resources for Fall Prevention Month

Thanks to Public Health Agency of Canada support, Parachute has reviewed, updated and reorganized resources for Canada's annual Fall Prevention Month, held in November. In the past, this material was found at fallpreventionmonth.ca. It's now been moved to parachute.ca/fallpreventionmonth.

Whether you work in preventing falls among children, adults, older adults or across the lifespan, you’ll find resources here to help you successfully organize and promote fall prevention activities.

The site has a search function to filter through the Fall Prevention Month resources to find what you need to promote fall prevention, share information and run activities.

Sort by the group you serve – children, older adults or all ages. You can then select what kind of resource you're looking for. All resources have been reviewed and many have been updated. There are refreshed logos, posters and other promotional tools.

There are also how-to guides and templates in a separate section at the bottom of this page, with information such as how to host a webinar, write a news release and request a proclamation in your area.

Check out the new Fall Prevention Month resources!

Catch up on our fall prevention webinar series

Parachute also presented three webinars in April as part of our 2026 fall prevention project. You can view these by watching the recordings on Parachute's You Tube channel through the links below.
