Exploring the Isle of Skye means more than sightseeing. With music festivals, workshops, and local events happening all year, there’s always something new to experience !!

This video shows a traditional Scottish group dance that people usually perform at social events like ceilidhs on the Isle of Skye. The dancers move in patterns and switch partners throughout the dance, which shows a strong sense of teamwork and community. These dances are normally done to traditional Scottish music like bagpipes or fiddles, and they’re still a big part of local festivals and celebrations today.
