As a volunteer, you would have the opportunity to make individual connections with others new to campus life and mentor them through their transition to university, virtually. The program is open to everyone - you do not have to reside in the local area of Windsor-Essex to participate.

There is an excellent virtual conference coming up on March 9th and 10th offered by the University of Michigan. It is their annual Depression on College Campuses conference and this year they are focusing on the impact of the “two pandemics” on mental health. The two pandemics being Covid-19 and racial injustice. It is free for students!

Are you thinking applying to Law School?

Come out and write a FREE Practice LSAT on Saturday, February 6th, from 10am-2pm EST. This free event will be proctored remotely with a digital LSAT exam, and you’ll receive the login information closer to the date. This is a great opportunity to get a feel for the LSAT from the comfort of your own home and learn what you’re up against. After the test, you will get access to a detailed, interactive score report with explanations for every question! The score report is totally free.

Before you write the test, come out to our online Law School Symposium on Thursday, 4th February from 6pm to 9pm EST and learn all about the LSAT test itself (the structure and content, including the LSAT Flex and all recent changes), as well as the application process to law school.

We’ll also have a panel of law students for you to chat with, so you can get all your questions asked! “How does law school compare to undergrad in terms of workload?” “Who might be a good referee for your application?” Don’t let any opportunity to ask questions pass you by!
