Concept of the Week: Self-Serving Bias

Ever noticed how we take full credit when things go right, but blame everything else when things go wrong? That’s called self-serving bias, and it’s super common.

It can help protect our self-esteem, but it can also stop us from learning and growing if we never reflect on what we could do differently next time.

Next time something doesn’t go as planned, try asking yourself:
“What part of this can I control?”
