No class tomorrow in respect of Remembrance Day, flex class this Thursday at 5:30 though…

Registration and shake off the cobwebs classes, kids Tues Sept 23, 5 pm, adults 6:30, free drop-in Thursday Oct 2, 5 - 6:30 pm. Classes start Tuesday October 7; every Tuesday Youth at 5, adults at 6:15. Youth $40/m, adults $50 /m, $25 reg. fee
Optional all-ages self-defense/test practice classes at 5:00 - 6:30 on alternate Thursdays.

Wuwei: a concept very much in line with the practice of Aikido, after several years of Karate (which I also love) the concept of blending with energy really reverberated.

Thanks to all the Aikidoka for training with us, have a great summer and see you in the fall, classes will resume late September. Congratulations to Danika Robson for earning her green belt!
