The countdown is on for back to school!
A couple of notes ....
If you have you moved into catchment or have a kindy you haven’t registered yet? Please come into the school Tuesday September 1 to Friday September 4, 8am to 2pm
Please note you MUST HAVE: Care card, birth certificate, and two pieces of proof of address (mortgage/rental agreement, Telus/rogers/hydro bill, drivers license or BC ID)

First day of school:
Wednesday September 9 for all students (including Kindergarten)
8:05am - 10:35am. Busses will starting leaving around 10:40am.

Did your student forget something at the school?? We have a large collection of items left behind. Please stop by the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 8 AM and 2 PM to pick up. Or on Friday from 8 AM to 11 AM. Items not claimed will be relocated accordingly!

Just to clarify, the school is not on fire and is not being threatened by a fire. The situation involves a piece of machinery in the bush that is not close to the school. Everyone at the school is safe.

What a day! What a fun day! Days as outstanding as this are a direct result of the remarkable support of our parents and grandparents who volunteered. The alumni students who returned to lend a hand and are already inquiring about next year's event. We extend our gratitude to the 150 Mile Fire Department, especially the member who kindly tested the water slip and slide. We also appreciate the fun and games provided by Mile High Bounce. Most importantly, we thank the staff who planned and executed the stations in the heat. The staff who spent the morning cooking and preparing lunch for everyone. The staff who worked tirelessly to ensure all our students had an exceptional day. 150 Mile Elementary is indeed the best.

Fun Day (Tuesday 23rd) is calling for HOT weather. Please send students prepared with labelled hats, water bottles, sun screen and water wear/change of clothes for the Slip & Slide!
