📢 Labour Day Closure Notice

Please note that all Wiikwemkoong Board of Education schools, the Hub Centre, and the Post-Secondary Department will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labour Day.

Regular operations and classes will resume on Tuesday, September 8.

We wish all students, families, staff, and community members a safe and enjoyable Labour Day weekend! 🍂

Today marks the beginning of a brand-new school year, and we're so excited to welcome our students, families and staff back to our WBE schools!

📢 Transportation Reminder

As we prepare for the first day of school, our Transportation Department is continuing to finalize bus routes, bus lists, and pick-up/drop-off times.

To help us create accurate routes, parents and guardians are asked to:

✅ Register their child(ren) for transportation online
✅ Report any recent address changes
✅ Notify us of any changes to transportation arrangements

Students who rode the bus last school year should be ready for pick-up at approximately the same time as last year until updated transportation information is released.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to ensure a safe and successful start to the school year. 🚌

Dustin brings a strong background in nutrition and food service, along with a passion for supporting healthy school communities. We are excited to have him join our team and look forward to the knowledge, experience, and dedication he will bring to our student nutrition programs.
