This season we’ve made some improvements!

We are now offer Junior and Senior Youth classes. Junior Youth (5-9 years old) will be held from 5:00pm- 6:00pm every Monday and Wednesday.

Senior Youth (10-15 years old) will be from 6:15pm- 7:15pm on Monday and Wednesdays as well.

New class alert! Our moms and babies pilot program was awesome! Moms learned a lot about their core connection as well as safe kickboxing maneuvers during their postpartum recovery, helping them to feel strong and empowered!

**Back to School**
Starting September 2nd we are splitting up our kids program into 2 different age groups (Junior and Senior Youth). This will allow our kids to safely train with others their own size and help coaches run structured classes tailored to those specific age groups! Both classes will be beginner friendly and limited to 18 spots each! So don’t miss out!!!
