Rolling is pretty simple but it’s wayyyyy more powerful than you would think because it’s a foundational pattern that builds core strength & control, supports healthy walking, and challenges your body in novel ways! BUT - ff you have to lift up the sides of your feet to get much movement, you're cheating.⁠ ⁠ Pronation & supination are the essential twisting patterns of your feet, knees & hips that are essential to healthy walking.⁠ ⁠ The bad news? Most people struggle with this pattern due to sticky feet & hips & years in conventional footwear. ⁠ ⁠ That’s a problem because you need good pronation & supination for optimal foot, ankle, knee, hip & pelvic floor health!⁠ ⁠ 🎉The good news?
