Lunch all together after a productive PD Day! 🥰🍽️

It was nice to sit down, relax, enjoy good food, and spend time together after a full day of learning and planning. So grateful for all the hard work, patience, care, and dedication that teachers bring every single day. 💛

Happy World Teachers’ Day to all the amazing educators out there! 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫✨

Yesterday, all of our groups participated in Orange Shirt Day and created their own beautiful art pieces in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🧡

Today, we honour and remember the children, families, and communities affected by the residential school system.

Wishing everyone a meaningful National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. May we continue to learn, listen, reflect, and teach our children the importance of kindness, respect, inclusion, and understanding.

🧡 Every Child Matters. 🧡

📍Ice Cream Making 🍦

Due to the rainy weather, our outdoor field trip was cancelled. Instead, all groups enjoyed making homemade ice cream using lactose-free milk and heavy cream. The children practiced measuring, mixing, taking turns, and following directions while creating a delicious frozen treat together!
