Finding Self Through Creativity! I design creative activities that encourage self-discovery I am located in Whitehorse, Yukon Canada. Workshops are also offered.

Online or in-person sessions (1:1 or groups). Each guided expressive art activity is uniquely designed for you. Sessions can be short term, long term, light-hearted or deep. I am a registered social worker with over 20 years of counselling experience as well as Expressive Arts Facilitation training from the Prairie Institute of Expressive Art Therapy. My approach is a supportive combination of guidance and facilitation. I can help you bring your spirituality and intuition together through creative expression to get to know yourself better, set goals, find direction, and get answers to life’s questions.

“Twilight Secrets”
my 5x7 mixed-media collage, was randomly found by someone in Whitehorse today for International Art and Found Day!

This event happens every year, and I love taking part in it.
The person who found it sent me a touching email.
Yes, art heals!
