Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi wa Baraka Tuh.
Ramadan is here , let’s turn our prayers to Allah, hoping to witness this sacred month and seeking mercy for those who may not. This year, we embrace unity, reminding believers of the importance of standing together, especially in light of the challenges faced in regions like Gaza, Sudan, Yemen and other parts of the world. We are optimistic, looking forward to Allah’s mercy and integrating the spirit of unity into our Ramadan observance.

Ramadan reminds us of life’s transient nature and the importance of empathy. It calls on us to stand together in support of righteousness and compassion. Allah tells us to “cooperate in righteousness and piety” (Quran 5:2), guiding us towards collective efforts in prayer, fasting, and charity to ease the burdens of those worldwide.

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said, “Whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden from the burdens of the world, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens on the Day of Judgement” (Sunan Ibn Majah 225). This Ramadan, let our actions reflect this teaching, striving for unity and making a meaningful difference together.

May Allah guide us to stand together in compassion and faith this Ramadan.
