WELCC has an immediate opening for a summer student! Must have first aid and preference will be given to those in Post secondary school for early childhood development or Human Services related field. ELCC Level 1 or higher would be an asset.
Applicants must be 18+ and able to obtain a clean criminal record and Vulnerable sector check.

The Whitecourt Early Learning and Child Care recently hosted KSGI during their Professional Development Day. We were happy to donate a session from our Leadership & Safety Culture program. Here's a quote from Director, Crystal McGeough:

Grant is a wonderful instructor, who is very knowledgeable and presents the material so everyone is able to gain new tools and insight into how each of us communicates and the most effective way for us to communicate with each other. We greatly appreciate that Kaizen was able to provide our Educators with this valuable learning opportunity.
