Hilltop’s Final Table: A Global Culinary Showdown!

Our Grade 9 Culinary students are taking on their biggest challenge yet! The Final Table is a high-stakes, international competition where student teams represent one of five iconic nations in a quest for culinary supremacy.

We are inviting staff, students, parents, friends, and family to join the "Judging Panel" by purchasing tickets to sample the global menus.

Get your tickets to my new challenge Hilltop’s Next Gen Bakers! I am excited to invite you to a special bakery competition where students will showcase their recipes and business skills.

Date: April 30th
Time: 11:30 am – 12:00 pm
Ticket Price: $10.00 per ticket

What the Students are Creating

Each student group has developed a unique bakery brand from scratch, including a business plan and marketing materials. During the event, they will serve three original menu items:

The Hydration: A custom drink
The Rise: A signature yeast product (sweet or savory)
The Dessert: A sweet treat

Today they competed in the final judging table. The Heart shape pizza won 🥇 so proud of all my students.
