Aquatic Aptitude × WRASA — Summer 2026 is officially here. 🌊💪

Proud to launch our partnership with White Rock Amateur Swimming Association for the Summer 2026 season.

Today, we kicked things off with our Dryland and Activation Workshop — a coach education session that set the tone for everything ahead. The room was locked in, the energy was high, and every coach walked out with the tools and the confidence to develop dryland sessions that will elevate their swimmers’ performance. This summer and beyond.

The standard has been set. Can’t wait to get to work with this group. 🤝🏊

I am truly grateful for the moments that reveal the beauty of seeing our hard work come to life. It fills me with a sense of luck, gratitude and pride to be part of this journey and to call this my job. 🏊‍♂️

With every meet, the road becomes a bit clearer. Proud of what the team accomplished this weekend.

When you enjoy the process of putting your focus on the little things and showcase mastery of the basics day in and day out, especially early in the season, new best times become beautifully calculated accidents. Great work, team!

Getting ready to race!

Little bit of kickouts/pull out action with resistance. Add a ghost turn and sprint back!

How do you get your swimmers ready for racing?

Just a couple videos highlighting one of my favourite Freestyle drills: 3-point tap [shoulder-hand-hip]

Feeling wonky in your Freestyle and struggling to find your full extension?

Try this drill! Great for all levels.

You might notice this drill also brings emphasis to core stability, holding your side glide position is crucial for this drill to translate into your full freestyle.

When you own a drill smooth and steady, it’ll reward with strong and fast movements within your full stroke.

The 3rd video highlights how I feel about the lockdown 🙃

We may not be swimming our way into a new week but definitely making sure we all stay active! Proud of the Marlins who have come out to our zoom meetings to complete their dryland training 💪🏽.

Swim-A-Thon! Happening April 25th!

This is our 7th annual fundraiser where all of our competitive GMAC swimmers swim a total of 5k!

This is our biggest fundraiser, which helps our swimmers further improve with new equipment and training needs.

Lately, these old swimmer shoulders have been trying to balance more weight than what they’ve always been used to.

Loving how good snatching has been feeling. By far my favourite lift. Definitely focusing on technique more than power/speed has helped me a lot. Lots to learn and improve.

Thanks & for the consistent gains you provide 😬🙌
