We’ve had our share of elephant encounters on safari, but this is a rare one. Elephants typically travel in herds, and when you see one on its own, they’re usually more aggressive 😱

Throwback to when I traveled to find myself - did that, and found a soul mate/future husband as well.

I never imagined I’d be going on safaris for a living.

Never thought I’d move continent to be with someone.

Never believed I’d be settling in a culture that was not my own to begin with, but eventually felt like home.

I love that life is full of: “I don’t think I’d ever do that…” and then nudge you in the opposite direction because it was good for you.

Thanking God for all the good (and sometimes not so good) times, because you’re the only one who can stand me long-term and vice versa 🤣 ♥️

Here’s to all the seemingly impossible love stories. It’s not easy, but it can happen.
