Who says the classroom cannot be extended into the outdoors?!?!
Children thrive in nature - it can improve their attention (and retention), minimize stress, promote overall wellbeing, increase enjoyment in learning and so much more. Providing students with the right blend of outdoor time and time inside the classroom, creates a learning environment that is comfortable, supporting and inspiring.
Note: this photo is actual footage of some of our grade 4 students completing journal entries in the forest - aka our outdoor learning space!
Registration is open for September 2024! Contact us today to book your school tour, and witness first hand the positive impact of such a unique learning environment.

How important is nature in your child’s education?
At Kindred Spirits, it means everything, which is why we are located in a setting that is surrounded by the beauty of nature. The land around us is an extension of the classroom, a place where students can explore the world around them, their friendships, their learning journey and themselves.
Long story short…children thrive in nature! So why would we deprive them of the opportunity to learn within it?!?!
