Let's explore music together. All of my classes are designed to explore each individual's unique musical interests and expression. The encouraging environment is the ideal place for a child's experience with music to begin and grow. Fullfil your dream of learning to play the piano...all ages are welcome!

Currently in a happy family bubble, awaiting the birth of our daughter. I’ll be on maternity leave until April 2025 in case anyone is reaching out and not receiving a reply. I’m looking forward to continuing our musical journey then! Have a wonderful, musical, winter everyone! Love, Miss Liberty ❤️🎶. A grateful THANK YOU to for capturing this precious moment.

And just like that, we are one month into Season 12 at Liberty Music! Say hello to our latest little duo class! 👋🏻🥰 I’ve been quiet with my posts lately as I focus my energy on being present in lessons while balancing classes and mom life in my third trimester, but yes, we are here and making wonderful music every day! 🎶 🎹🎶✨

What a memorable afternoon…we got to share our holiday show “A Classic Christmas” with our family and friends. What is more classically Christmas than a recital? We played the piano, we sang, and we even got our audience carolling! Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄🎹🎶✨

👋🏻 Hi, I’m Liberty…my students know me as Miss Liberty. Welcome to my studio’s online space! I thought that right before the holidays would be a great time to introduce myself…so here I am! I’m an independent piano teacher who’s has been running a private studio of piano, voice, and Music for Young Children group classes since 2013. I highly value creativity, community, and self-expression, and my studio is filled with musicians from the age of 4 to retired adults, who inspire me daily. You can find me teaching in Whitby, Ontario 🇨🇦 or making music with students in our community.

A few things about me:

👶🏻 I am a mama to a wonderful little boy, who often comes to say hello to students.
☕️ Coffee is my great love (outside of music of course!)
🌍 I love travelling when I can, and seeing how people make music around the world.

I enjoy finding ways to connect with other musicians and teachers, and am happy to be part of this vibrant online community!

THANK YOU and shoutout to .bahler.photography for an amazing biz/branding shoot! It was my first time trying something like this, and she made it comfortable and fun! She’s a true artist and professional, and an incredible human! ♥️ Can’t wait to share more of her work soon!

XO Miss Liberty 🎹🎶
