The Diploma programs at Liaison College offer you a well rounded, concentrated training program that provides you with the basic skills and knowledge to excel within the Culinary Art industry. Our programs are also attended by people who are simply interested in learning the primary methods and techniques to be able to impress their family and friends on special occasions in addition to being able to produce well balanced, well prepared meals on a day to day basis. We primarily teach students the classic French methods of food preparation. However, once the basics have been learned we also encourage students to develop their own style and palates in order to expand their repertoire of recipes and skills to be able to appreciate the fine art of dining.
