Shut down again for 3 weeks ‘to deaden the curve’: where have we heard that before?: at lest they’re consistent, to the detriment of just about everyone. So we will carry on, on-line: winners never quit or give into the belief that this is permanent: we continue no matter what: this is a true test of your training: better in some ways than any grading, because this is a real world threatening situation.

Guess what I was doing 25 years ago? Teaching the very 01st class at Greater Durham Jiu-Jitsu! Where has the time gone!
