Life does not come with a manual... it comes with a ⁣MOM❀️

Christmas time isn't any different! Mom's create the magic despite how hectic life may be. I will continue to create the Christmas magic for my family as long as I canπŸŽ„

Tick-Tock!! ⏰️

The end of Daylight Saving Time is just around the corner and the clocks will fall back!

Prepare for the time change in advance and ensure a seamless transition for your family's sleep routine ! πŸ’€πŸ€

Here are 2 strategies to get ahead of the time change 🌜

β†ͺ️ Option 1- Prepare in advance
Adjust your child's schedule gradually to make the switch seamless. Shift everything accordingly (meal times, nap, bed). For example if bedtime is typically 7:00pm: Wednesday 7:15pm, Thursday 7:30pm, Friday 7:45pm, Saturday 8:00pm and then Sunday when the clocks fall back bedtime is back to 7:00pm 🌟

β†ͺ️ Option 2- Split the Difference
Don't let the time change throw off your routine and schedule. After the change 'split the difference' over a few days. When bedtime is typically 7:00pm, on Sunday Monday and Tuesday it will be 6:30pm and Wednesday it will be back to 7:00pm 🌟

Is your baby falling asleep quickly and their nap time tends to be LESS than an hour? You’re going to want to read this!

If your baby is sleeping less than an hour and they wake up happy and energized, try pushing your nap time to 15 minutes later. If your baby is sleeping for under an hour and wakes up crying and cranky, try pushing nap time to 15 minutes earlier.
