As a website developer, using industry jargon is easy to do but the words and phrases that mean a lot to us often mean little or nothing to our customers.

My moto to keep those non-techies on board: Prepare properly and never arrive with assumptions.

Yes, I can be a nerd 🤓 when it comes to pixels and codes but with my clients, I choose to stay concise, adaptable and I have learned to concentrate on impact and not process.
