REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

Join us for SECA’s 2026 Leadership Retreat on November 26–27 at Dakota Dunes Resort for two days of connection, learning, and leadership!

Designed for Saskatchewan’s early learning and child care leaders, this retreat is an opportunity to step away from the everyday, invest in yourself, connect with fellow leaders, and gain practical tools to bring back to your team.

Please note that the material presented at this retreat will be geared toward Early Learning Leaders, including Executive Directors, Directors, Team Coordinators, and Supervisors. If you hold another leadership position in your centre and feel the material would be relevant to you, we’d be happy to have you join us! The retreat is intended for those who have a role in leading, supporting, or guiding a team within their organization.


Here’s what you can look forward to:
-Inspiring sessions with Darci Lang, Stacey Olsen, Intentions Yoga, and Darren Lang
-Practical strategies for leadership, balance, and managing stress
-Opportunities to connect and network with leaders from across Saskatchewan

✨2026 Leadership Retreat Update! ✨

We’re excited to share the details of our 2026 Leadership Retreat, including the venue and speakers!

While registration typically opens in September, we’re holding off on releasing ticket prices as we await confirmation of potential funding that could help reduce participant costs.

We know affordability is important, and we’re committed to balancing a high-quality experience with accessibility for Saskatchewan’s early learning and child care leaders. Our goal is to provide the retreat experience participants told us they wanted, while keeping registration fees as low as possible.
