Pan-Fried Greek Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
* 1 lb Brussels sprouts, sliced
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra flavor)
* 1–2 tbsp Prairie Lily Greek Seasoning
1. Heat the olive oil (and butter, if using) in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Place the Brussels sprouts in the pan. Cook for 5–7 minutes
4. Prairie Lily Greek Seasoning. Cook for 3–4 minutes , stirring constantly, until fragrant.
*Can add few Tablespoons of water to help steam them.
