As you can see, the WHOBA web site has not been updated since 2016 because, unfortunately, the WHS Alumni has for the most part, been inactive since then.

As a result, it is equally regrettable that we have not taken the necessary steps to replenish our Scholarship fund, one of our key goals, since then.

As a past-president of the Alumni, I still remain totally committed to the Association and it’s objectives (they, along with our by-laws are outlined elsewhere on the web site) and would be happy to work with a small group ( a dozen or so) of equally interested male and female WHS Alumni, preferably those who live within a day’s travel of the School, who would like to take up the challenge of reactivating it, by joining the Board of Directors for a year or two .

It is with a heavy heart that Westmount High School must share the sad news of the passing of former physical education teacher Mr. Victor Hayes (May 11, 1929 - June 1, 2018). Our heartfelt sympathies to all who knew him, were taught by him and especially his family. 💐
