A Great field trip by our third year Digital Lab students with Kate Hutchinson. On Wednesday April 29th a small group of Digital Lab 6 students went on a field trip to Harley Smart's bookbinding studio and to the artist run center Dazibao. Both were extremely welcoming and provided them with a wealth of information.

Le mercredi 29 avril, un petit groupe d’étudiants a effectué une visite à l’atelier de reliure de Harley Smart ainsi qu’au centre d’artistes autogéré Dazibao.
Les deux lieux ont été extrêmement accueillants envers nos étudiants et leur ont offert une grande richesse d’informations!

First year Camera and Motion students went on a field trip to the Maison de la culture Côte-des-Neiges to see two great exhibits: "Post Tohoku" by Michel Huneault and "The Ties That Bind" by our very own Asia Mason (2021 graduate from the Professional Photography Program)..m.tl

Our Third year students have been working hard! Come to their vernissage to see the results on December 11th from 5-8 in the Warren Flowers Gallery Dawson College.

Our third year students had the opportunity to visit with pro photographer at her beautiful studio, to learn about the profession. Virginie is also owner of .photo.ideal and prop rentals . Virginie is a .dawsoncollege graduate! Merci Virginie!

Our Open House at Dawson was a few weeks ago so we had to share some of the images that our students, , .vitoratos and .visuals took as a part of the Fashion demonstration that they were a part of during the many tours that came through our studios. Many thanks to our fantastic model from and our wonderful make-up artist .beauty who transformed Grace from a 90's super model to a glamorous lady in red to a movement photo that looks like liquid metal!
