“To live in this world
you must be able
to do three things:
to love what is mortal;
to hold it
against your bones knowing
your own life depends on it;
and, when the time comes to let it go,
to let it go.”

First evening in Kamouraska staying our friends Caroline Sam and deGuise. Riveting Sunset. Good food good company. A Walk on the beach in the morning as the tide went out. A hike to Les Sept Chutes. To top it off, we found this guy, a reincarnated John Lennon, going for a swim. Looking forward to tomorrow and who we’ll bump into.

When the girls were young and used to frequent the park by our home, it was always a delight when the Summer Snow began to fall. Yes, yes, I know! You think 'why do you want more snow?' Especially after this winter but Summer Snow is different. It is soft and warm and fun to catch because it stays in your hands and doesn't melt.
This is one of the wonders of summer's arrival and I paused and watched as the snow fell in the silence of the morning. I am in awe of Nature. Awed by how it stops me in my tracks and has me, for a moment, lost in the enormity of Beauty. I lose myself and am captured by the connection with life.

Greetings all. It has been a long time since I have posted. My apologies. To be truthfully honest, I have found the social media platform a little overwhelming. But I understand that I need to reach out to those who love yoga as much as I love to teach it. Going forward, I will be posting more often. I will share what is the flavour of the day or the week. To begin, here is where I am teaching!

Mondays: 10-11:30am (at a private studio- message me if you want more information-in the Westmount area)
& 7-8:20pm Westmount YMCA
Tuesdays: 9-10am Westmount YMCA
& 7:15-8:30pm Yoga on the Park on Sherbrooke in NDG
Thursdays: 7:15-8:30pm (private studio as above)
Fridays: 10-11am Chair Yoga Westmount YMCA
12-1:30pm Yoga Westmount YMCA
Saturdays: 9-10:30am (private studio as above)

I also teach 1 hr. private sessions. Here, you will get personalized attention. If you are daunted by lots of people in the class or if you are new to yoga, this is the way to go initially. Until you feel comfortable enough to join a class. I can go to you with all my props and things OR you come to me!

Please free to message me anytime. I look forward to connecting with you.

Namaste. Cary

Greetings. I lift a glass to you all, hoping that 2019 will treat us all kindly.
Here's a quote that I often think on from a friend from Newfoundland:
'Get rid of anything in your life that interferes with Joy.'
May you find Joy, always, in your life. Live in it.
Love, light and JOY!
