Aspire Learning Academy (ALA) is excited to partner with the College Board in delivering the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams. CLEP is a trusted credit-by-examination (CBE) program, widely recognized by over 2,900 colleges and universities. By collaborating with CLEP, ALA extends its mission of providing essential testing services globally, enabling students to achieve their academic goals.

What is CLEP?

CLEP, a program that has been around for over 50 years, offers standardized exams across 36 subject areas, allowing students to earn college credits by demonstrating their mastery of course content.

The exams are designed to match the content and rigor of college courses, with input from over 600 college faculty members across the US. The Educational Testing Service (ETS) oversees exam development to ensure that CLEP exams meet high academic standards.

Purpose of CLEP

CLEP exams provide an opportunity for students to earn college credits for knowledge acquired through homeschooling, independent study, job experience, or other educational backgrounds. This program helps students bypass introductory courses, saving both time and money.
