Some days just feel like magic… and yesterday was one of them 💛

Chris and I headed out for an incredible hike, soaking in the fresh Okanagan air, chasing views, and finding those beautiful yellow wildflowers The Arrowleaf Balsamroot Flower aka the ‘Okanagan Sunflower’ we wait all year for. There’s something about spring here… the hills come alive, the lake sparkles, and everything just feels a little lighter.

And the best part? We powered the whole hike with nothing more than water and protein gummies 🙌 No heavy snacks, no crash… just steady energy, great vibes, and a whole lot of smiles along the way.

Beautiful views, a happy couple, a solid workout, and honestly… the perfect little trail treat 🍬💪
