The first year with a new baby can bring so much joy — and plenty of change, stress, and big emotions too.
Enjoy Your Baby is a welcoming, evidence-informed 5-session mental health and wellness course for parents and caregivers of babies from birth to 12 months.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), this supportive program offers practical tools to help you manage stress, anxiety and low mood, build confidence, strengthen connection with your baby, and care for your own well-being along the way.
