3-Day diet analysis 3-Day diet analysis During these three days you will be required to fill out a Food Intake Record form. I will use this form to get an idea of your typical diet. It is important that you try not to change your usual eating pattern. Record all the foods and beverages you eat and drink within these three days. This way I can best assess what type of nutrition your body is lacking in or excessive in.

One-On-One Three-Month Program Program Includes 7 total sessions: 1, 1–2-hour session to review your intake form and present the program to you 6, 45 minute bi-weekly follow up sessions to review your progress on the program During the initial 2-hour consultation we will: Do a deep dive into what your current relationship with food is, what past diets you have tried, what you feel has worked and what hasn’t, and what your current lifestyle practices are. Review the in-depth plan that will teach you how to achieve your health goals and provide you with key areas of focus around diet and lifestyle modifications.
