Kids in Science Day is coming up!

Bring your kids for a fun, hands-on day of science at the Utah Public Health Lab. Activities include fingerprinting, learning about germs and handwashing, meeting cadaver dogs, practicing crime scene photography, experimenting with X-rays and more.

September 16, 2026 | 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
Utah Public Health Lab Courtyard, Taylorsville

Mark your calendars as the Longhorns are heading to the streets of Salt Lake City. One week from today - Monday, July 20 - the annual cattle drive marking the start of the Utah Days of '47 Rodeo will take place.

Please note the new route for 2026 will be: Depart Fairpark at 9 a.m down 300 N to 400 West to N. Temple (over bridge), right on 700 W to 200 N back to Fairpark around 10 a.m.
