Maison Canada has units available, we are now renting for September 2015! Walking distance to both Laurier and UW, our brand new building is conveniently located at 185 King St North.

Leases are from September 2015 through August 2016. Subletting is an option, and we are happy to provide assistance.

This building can be rented to:
-Groups of five looking to rent an entire unit
-Smaller groups looking to rent a couple bedrooms in a unit.
-Single renters looking to rent one bedroom.

Rent starts at $580 and is based on room size. All utilities are included – heat, water, AC, internet, etc. – except hydro. We have female only units, male only units and co-ed units available!

185 King is a brand new, beautiful high-rise located across the street from Laurier and walking distance to UW!
