Be careful how much you tolerate as you are teaching them how to treat you. Be confident in yourself and never be controlled, oppressed or suppressed by another human being. Abuse is wrong in every shape and form.

This Saturday morning I am the Education mentor for Mi Speak Toastmasters: Confidence in Communication

Remember the lesson learned January 2022 to October 2022 - standing in my balcony and feeling the wind gently nightingale my check - soul-happy and a graduate of chaplancy with so much hope for the future and excited on how God would use me. Always be in God"s will - bad decisions have painful consequences. Constantly seek god's direction daily in life. Praying that each decision I make in the future will be fir the glory of god and my happiness. I would tell a client what to do in my situation so therefore I should love myself enough to take the lesson learned and not repeat the same mistake again. Always stay in n god's will and his protection.

People have often commented on my smile. Thank goddess for the strength he provides and his love radiates through me because I have God's spirit living inside me
