Introducing "Music Discovery for Kids" (Ages 4–8)!
Bilingual class in Mandarin and English. A fun, hands-on music exploration program designed for young children to experience the joy of music without parents present. Through rhythm games, tonal activities, movement, singing, and instrument demonstrations, children will discover the unique sounds, textures, and cultural stories behind instruments such as the ukulele, erhu, piano, cello, and percussion.

Our goal is to nurture curiosity, listening skills, creativity, and a lifelong love of music in a playful and engaging environment. Helping children build musical foundations while exploring the sounds, colors, and cultures of music from around the world. No previous musical experience required!

Saturdays 11:00 a.m. to 12 p.m., July 4 to August 1. $110/child. [email protected] to register.

Meet Judith Bean, another one of our incredible summer camp instructors. With over 35 years of teaching experience and a deep commitment to music education, Judith brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and energy, and is passionate about helping students discover confidence and joy through music-making.

This summer, she is leading Percussion Explorers: A Creative Melody & Rhythm Workshop. In this engaging, hands-on camp, children will explore rhythm and melody using instruments such as xylophones, glockenspiels, boomwhackers, and body percussion. Through group activities, games, and creative projects, participants will build strong musical skills while working collaboratively in a supportive environment. A great fit for both beginners and experienced young musicians ages 8-12.
