Urban Youth Leadership Alliance Our goal is to create a social support network that will provide a platform for youths to grow and gain leadership skills.

Urban Youth Leadership Alliance (UYLA) believes that every person has potential to make significant contributions to their community. We are a social support network that provides youths with social and professional tool needed to contribute to their communities. We encourage youths and other members to freely and actively participate in community building initiatives in the Region of Waterloo. We strongly believe in social responsibility; meaning, we encourage youths in our communities to actively engage in community building initiatives. We are determined to provide youths with endless collaborative growth and development learning opportunities. In addition, we are open to sharing ideas with other organizations, domestically and internationally.
