Ever feel busy all day… but nothing actually gets done? 🤡That’s called spuddling.

Spuddle (verb):Working in a busy but ineffective way — doing everything except what matters.

🤡 Example:Sat down to work…→ made coffee→ checked emails→ cleaned something random→ scrolled “for a minute”

3 hours later:
You’ve done everything… except the one thing you needed to do.
