Not posting every day, but super excited about progress 2 weeks into the reset. Much needed in many areas, what a way to kick start the year!

Also so proud of my Warrior kids who asked if they can do the reset when they get older, my answer was no, you can do it right now!

First sign of dedication was them throwing out massive bag of sugar coated lies leftover from Halloween.

Keep getting after it everyone, halfway through!💪

Another great reset completed!

Made progress on some equipment in the home gym, added more options which means less excuses for getting after it.

Congrats everyone for making it to the end, as usual use it as a springboard for the next level!

Nearing the end of the challenge, but hopefully sparked some lasting habits going forward.

For me it was a good reminder of how it feels better to be disciplined than the short term feeling of pleasure.

Started the day with some hot/cold therapy while staying hydrated!

Another full day, serving community, training, fitness... blessed for sure, but also driven.

Much of where I am today is a result of a vision I've had for myself years ago.

Remaining focused and working on tasks that move me closer to the vision is key.

DEFRESET Day 25

Today is Bell Let's Talk Day here in Canada...

It's a reminder to talk about mental health, and make it comfortable for others to do the same.

In order to dominate on all your battlefields, your mental game has to be in check.

If you need help, get it. Most of us do from time to time. It took me a while to realize it's actually a sign of strength.

Take care of each other and stay on the path!

Back to the book...

Delta Principle- if you don't learn something from every book, every documentary, every course, every encounter with someone...then you are at fault.

Sometimes it's learning what not to do, but there is always a lesson.

Roughly translated from Bruce Lee, take what works and leave what doesn't.

Looking forward to drawing knowledge from this book and accompanied journal.

Entire day spent at hockey tournament for my youngest Warrior Kid...

3 games and back to back hat tricks later, he walked away tournament Champion!

Couldn't be more proud of my O man!

Family time definitely has to be fit in to the crazy schedule we all keep when getting after it.
