This is a 90 minute class dedicated to indulging in gentle movement, and music by some local talent.

If you've been to The Eddy Yoga + Wellness Studio morning or evening, you may have noticed that on either side of the building, the sunrise, and the sunset beam through the windows.
There are no obstructions of the sunlight - the studio is overlooking our neighbour's roofs, and a section of our downtown.
The warm, golden, glow that makes its way through the windows allows it to be a prime spot for any sort of class that is going on up there.
I feel so grateful when I see that sun shine into this beautiful studio.

See what all my hype is about. Come check out my Saturday 9AM Classes and bask in the morning sun... whether it be in an extra long Savasana, or the flow of the class itself. The choice is yours 😉

POV: It's the middle of the week. Spring is here.
The sun is just about to rise up and break through the clouds. The birds are waking up, letting out their musical "good mornings" to the world.
The town is still quiet, the time is 7:30... just shy of the 9 to 5'ers heading out for the morning commute.
We just finished a yoga class at The Eddy Yoga + Wellness Studio. We're starting our day with the after-yoga feels, equipped with breath, mindfulness and maybe even a smile, ready to seize the day.
