Sometimes the most beautiful gifts are the ones that create opportunity for someone else.

When Nancy Cornforth decided to host an online art auction, she wasn't just sharing her incredible talent—she was investing in the future of local children. Nancy generously donated every dollar raised to the , helping students who would otherwise be unable to access the life-changing learning opportunities offered at The Bridge Learning Centre.

Through our partnership with the BigDoor - Walkerton, the funds are carefully managed and directed to sponsoring students, ensuring that financial barriers never stand in the way of a child receiving the support they need.

To Nancy, and to every single person who purchased one of her beautiful pieces of artwork, thank you! Your generosity is opening doors, creating possibilities, and changing lives in ways that will be felt for years to come. We are incredibly grateful to have people like you in our community. ❤️

At the age of 48 – believing it’s never too late or too early to chase a dream – Nancy’s lifelong passion for art took flight in unexpected and unconventional ways. She fulfilled her dream to paint, taking courses and week-end and summer classes.

Sending a HUGE thank you to Keegan and his crew at Elora Road Meats for their incredibly generous donation to the Build a Bridge Project!

Last month, Elora Road Meats held a community charity barbecue event and chose the to be a recipient of some of the proceeds. Their support went above and beyond, and we are truly humbled by their kindness and commitment to our community. ❤️

Through the BigDoor - Walkerton, the Build a Bridge Project helps ensure that financial circumstances are never the reason a child goes without the educational support they need. Through this initiative, students are able to access life-changing, individualized programming in reading, writing, and math at The Bridge Learning Centre.

Every child deserves the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen their skills, and discover what they're capable of.

Because of community partners like Elora Road Meats, that opportunity becomes a reality for more local children.

We support children from preschool through high school. Every child is unique, and we tailor our approach to meet them where they are.

❓ What if our family has a busy or unpredictable schedule?
While we believe consistency is key to achieving the best results, we recognize the busy nature of family life—especially during the summer. That's why our summer programming offers flexible scheduling, allowing families to book sessions around vacations, camps, and other commitments while still providing the individualized support their child needs.

❓ What if my child is reluctant to attend?
We make learning engaging, encouraging, and personalized! Our supportive environment and staff help students feel confident and proud of their progress - so they look forward to coming each week. We make learning FUN!👍
