Today is the day. Mother and son boxing. Come join in on the fun. 6:00pm
Classes will be cancelled today. Wednesday. We have some equipment getting set up. Back to normal tomorrow.
Needing volunteers to help set up our bag rack/ ring tomorrow @ 5:00pm. It will only take 30 minutes to stand. Please send DM if you can make it.

New weightlifting program. We Will run every one through the workouts structured for each individual based on their goals. Will instruct on how to develop programs, and ways to progress your desired physique. Reach out to sign up. We start in August
