These Hips Hoop

These Hips Hoop Hoop classes, workshops and jams. Available for group classes, events and festivals. In the 90’s this toy was transformed in the underground clubs.

The Hula Hoop has been present since the ancient times, dating back to the 1800’s made from wooden rings or stiff grass. In 1958 a toy company made a plastic hoop, starting the largest fad the world has ever seen. Some of the pioneers of Hooping have shown the world the amazing things that can be done with a hoop. Not only hooping for exercise, but for dance, meditation and spiritual awakening. This isn’t your Grandmas Hoop!! Now hooping has been re-introduced to the world. Hoops are now made from high quality tubing of different weights and diameter. Hoops are often decorated with colorful tapes, LED lights and set on fire! A new community has been made, connecting people all over the world, for the love a simple plastic toy!

New Classes starting up after Easter Break!
That's right, I have decided to get back into teaching!
Life has brought many challenges and distractions, throughout it all, this hoop has provided a sense of calm, release and joy, because of this I cannot deny its capability to transform and uplift peoples lives, and I feel compelled to share once again 🥰

I am not currently making custom hoops as I did before. I have been ordering hoops from Hoopologie. Their PolyPro hoops are high quality, beautiful and provide wonderful costumer service.

I will not be performing events, rather providing classes, workshops and jams. Workshops and Jams can be a great accompaniment to an event or festival. Message for more details!
