We’re looking forward to celebrating our annual Esquimalt Fun Day and Awesomeness Assembly tomorrow, Wednesday June 24th! All students will go to their Block B classes at 8:50am and then classes will be called down to the Gym.

Honour Roll, Esse Quam Videri, Athletic and Service Awards will be handed out at the assembly, followed by Yearbook distribution, live music, food, games & our 2nd annual. Staff vs Student water fight! ☀️

Congratulations to Grad 2026 Teo for having his name spun on the Scholarship Wheel Spin! These grads all stepped up this semester to help our wonderful Lions at their Easter Egg Hunt, garage sale and Victoria Day parade marshaling. As a thank you, the Lions put up a $500 scholarship for one of them to win! Everyone is a winner when we help each other, and Teo will undoubtedly make good use of this helper as he transitions to university in September! Thank you, grads and THANK YOU ESQUIMALT LIONS!

Great Gallery Walk presentations today for EFP 10 students. Students were tasked with creating an artistic piece that represents one of the themes from the semester. Thank you to everyone who participated and for making the end of the semester special!

EFP 10 celebrated their semester-long collaboration with Vic West buddies today. Students wrote their own Reader’s Theatre pieces and shared their final drafts in the Library.

Thank you to Mr. Christie and the grade 5s for such a fun time working with our 10s in semester one and two!

Students in Ms Treble’s Careers 11 wrapped up Self-Care and Wellness presentations this week. Student-led presentations included everything from chair yoga, kick ball, puzzles and board games, to meditation, getting outside, and musical chairs. Great job, grade 11s!

The Challenge Olympics - where might and mind merge, where speed and wit collide. Shout out to Nikolai and Andrei for organizing the games. ESQ for the win! 🏆
