Elevate Dance Centre is proud to serve dancers of all ages across the Westshore and beyond. We offer Ballet and Jazz classes for ages 3-14.

More than dance, we’re building confident dancers, strong leaders, and a community where everyone belongs. Elevate Dance Centre is a Dance Studio serving the Westshore and beyond! Our classes develop strong technique, build strength and endurance, cultivate confident dancers all while encouraging artistry & fun.

Our September Adult Sampler classes raised $100 for Power To Be!

This incredible local organization helps remove barriers so that more people can experience the joy of nature, adventure and connection through outdoor activities.

We LOVE that our Adult Sampler program gives us the opportunity to dance, have fun, connect with others AND give back to our community!

🩵 Happy World Teachers’ Day!

Today we are celebrating the incredible teachers who make EDC what it is.

Thank you for showing up for our dancers, for believing in them, challenging them, cheering them on and caring about the humans they are becoming...not just the dancers they are today.

Teaching dance is about so much more than steps, and we are incredibly grateful for the heart, energy and care our faculty brings into the studio every single week.

We are so lucky to have this team. 🩵

Local Business Love 🩵🎨

We had the BEST time kicking off our EDC One season (our littlest company dancers) at Birdhouse Creative Studio.

It is such a warm, inspiring and welcoming space where everyone gets to be themselves, get creative, make a mess and just have fun. It was the perfect place for our EDC One dancers to spend the day connecting, creating and kicking off their season together.

But this shout-out is about more than one great afternoon.

It has been such a privilege to watch Kate dream up Birdhouse and then actually build that dream, piece by piece, into something real (and beyond amazing!)

Kate is a true creative human, an incredible local business owner and such a wonderful example for the young people around her. She is proof that you really can take something you imagine, build it, and create a life filled with the things you are passionate about.

You can build it. You can create it. You can make the idea in your head real. And we think that is a pretty incredible message for our dancers to see in action.

Thank you, Kate, for creating such a special little corner of our community...and for giving our EDC One dancers the perfect place to begin Season TEN together. 🩵

🎈 Celebrating TEN years with a little help from another amazing local business!

A huge thank you to Cassandra at Rose & Co Balloons and Events for helping us spruce up the studio for our first week of classes. 💙🎉

We absolutely loved how everything turned out, and Cassandra was a dream to work with!

We love supporting local and sharing great businesses with our EDC community. Thank you, Rose & Co., for helping us kick off our tenth birthday celebrations! 🎂✨

What a way to kick off Season TEN! 💙

Before the choreography, competitions and busy season ahead, we made time for something that matters just as much: connection.

Our EDC Youth Company dancers spent the day at Camp Elevate connecting, building trust, trying new things, laughing and making memories together. Our youngest Company dancers had a special day of their own at the EDC One Creative Day & Team Builder.

Because strong teams aren’t built on choreography alone.

They’re built through friendship, trust, encouragement, shared experiences and knowing that the people beside you are cheering you on.

This is what Better Together looks like. 💙

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make these experiences possible, and we can’t think of a better way to begin a decade of dance together.

Season TEN, we’re ready for you. ✨

🍂 Happy First Day of Fall! 🍂

The leaves are changing, the cozy sweaters are coming out, and Season TEN is officially settling into its rhythm. 💙

There’s something pretty special about this time of year...new classes becoming familiar, new friendships forming, and lots of learning, growing and dancing happening inside our studios.
