Whether sponsors donated gift-cards to fund our concession, prizes for our raffles, or cash donations to our school- we appreciate all of you!

We are so grateful this Willows family was able to sponsor the Blossom Tree Festival for the second year in a row- thank you Four Shores Property Solutions!

The Willows PAC is celebrating Spring Go By Bike Week at École Willows Elementary!

For the week of June 1 to 5, everyone in our school community is encouraged to get to school actively using all modes of active transport, including biking, walking, scooting, or skating.

Check out the Sticker Wall Celebrate your active trip to school by placing a sticker on the trip tracker poster on the wall in the main entrance. Stickers will be grouped by division. The class with the most stickers wins a Go By Bike Week prize!

And don’t forget, the highlight of Bike to School week: the Bike train on June 4th! Trains are led by Oal Bay Police and will leave Allenby Park and Windsor Park - arrive at 8:00 and leaving by 8:10! The PAC will have a Celebration Station st the back of the school for all riders with some snacks between 8:20-8:45am (swipe to see the routes!)

Ride with us, or cheer us on! Noise makers, streamers, balloons and more are encouraged!!

Can’t wait to see you on FRIDAY! Bring your family, friend and neighbours- it will be a great time for all!

The PAC AGM is tomorrow at 7pm in room 107! We’ll be voting on the incoming 2026-2027 executive (amongst other things) & hope to see you there!

The Blossom Tree Festival is just over two weeks away on May 29, and we need YOUR help to make it happen! Every 30-minute shift filled bring the games, activities, and excitement to life for our kids and families, alongside an amazing community of fellow parent volunteers.
This year’s festival will be packed with something for everyone: live music, games, bouncy castles, bubbles, and a fire truck visit, plus delicious food (including pizza, hot dogs, root beer floats, apple turnovers, drinks, popsicles, fresh popcorn, and more), along with guessing jars, raffles, and tattoos for the kids!

We need your help! We need to fill 3 crucial PAC Executive roles for the 2026-2027 school year otherwise our school will have no PAC. This means no PAC events, no fun lunches and no fundraising opportunities for our school!

If you’re asking yourself “surely there’s another parent out there with more time/ who is a better fit.... well, we were there 2 years ago and know that without parents stepping into roles like these despite their full lives volunteer run organizations like school PACs would not be possible. We truly need you!

Current executives are stepping away from the PAC after 2 great years to pursue other volunteer positions as their children grow. We are grateful our treasurer, Jennifer B. is happy to remain on the executive, which leaves the Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary with vacancies. A great way to take these roles on is to split the role with another parent.

Without nominations for the upcoming year, our PAC will dissolve. Please consider reaching out to friends and other parents at school and email us! You can nominate yourself too! We would love to support the incoming executive to make the transition a smooth one for all! We are voting on next year’s PAC executive at the May 21st AGM at 7:00pm!

Don’t forget to grab your tickets to MUSIC BINGO at the Fernwood Inn in support of the grade 5 grads!

This is an adult only event, and tickets must be purchased in advance! Ticket gets you 2 rounds of bingo, and any additional bingo cards are $5 so bring some cash!

This is a great for parents and caregivers (you don’t need to be a grad parent to join us!!) to listen to some music for back in the day, have a drink and some food from a locally run business & connect!

We are still in need of a few prizes, but…. There’s prizes so far including GCs the Village, Aritzia, Derma Spa and more!
