It’s been a week of big adventures and even bigger imaginations at Lexie's Little Bears....and it's only Tuesday! 🐾✨

From exploring the forest and discovering tiny nature friends to turning everyday items into rockets, race cars, and even "big blue dinosaurs," our Little Bears have been busy learning through play.

Whether we were testing our balance on the tightrope or getting creative with paints and bubbles, every moment has been full of wonder.

At Lexie’s Little Bears, we see daily how mud, trees, and fresh air transform our children into resilient, curious, and grounded humans. To keep our four-acre forest sanctuary thriving and accessible to all families, we are hosting a Silent Auction this month!

It's a beautiful, sunny week and even though our programs follow their own unique paths, everyone seems to be vibrating on the same frequency: Engineering & Exploration.

In a true Reggio-inspired fashion, the children are leading the way, turning simple materials into complex wonders:

Architecture in the Wild: Bear House is busy designing a "driftwood estate" and testing out physics with a handmade seesaw. 🪵

The Magic of Light: Spirit Bear Lodge is mesmerized by the interplay of color and shadow using our overhead projector. 🌈

Sustainable Art: Cub House is proving that "waste" is just a lack of imagination, creating masterpieces with recycled materials. 🎨

It’s amazing what happens when we give children the space, the sunshine, and the invitation to create. ☀️

What a "hoppy" day we had! We celebrated Easter today with plenty of treats, laughs, and a very special guest. The Easter Bunny made a grand appearance, and it’s safe to say the excitement levels were through the roof!

Today was about community, smiles, and maybe a little bit of a sugar rush. 🐣🍬
